We believe in work-life balance, and with us, you'll have the flexibility to create the perfect schedule that works for you. You decide the number of visits you want each week (at least 5 per week), which days you see clients and what time you start and end seeing kids each day, ensuring a healthy balance between work and personal life. Indirect services such as documentation can completed remotely from the comfort of your home when it is convenient for you. Our administrative staff takes care of all onboarding of clients, obtaining intake documents from families, invoicing & billing agencies as well as collecting payment from families so you can focus on therapy. Cancellation and no-show policies are in place with clients to ensure your time is respected.

Our supportive, flexible, and encouraging culture fosters open communication and provides growth opportunities. We highly value our SLPs, recognizing their vital role in helping children thrive. Unlike many other practices, we do not take Medicaid or insurance, freeing you from the burden of extensive paperwork and detailed billing.

Our primary focus is on articulation/phonology and expressive language delay for late talkers, and we primarily work with private pay and homeschool families. The families we work with are deeply invested in their children's progress, actively seeking our guidance and putting in the effort to develop essential skills.

We are seeking experienced, part- or full-time CCC-SLPs with a genuine passion for working with children and their caregivers. Your main duty will be 1:1 therapy as most of our clients come with an evaluation already completed. Our flexible opportunities are perfect for busy moms looking to work around their family's schedule or SLPs with another job seeking suplemental income around their current schedule.
